Below we use “MME” or “Mycelium Materials Europe” or “we” or “us” for Mycelium Materials Europe B.V.

Manufacturing Policy

After you completed your order at MME you will receive a confirmation email with some details. MME has production & packaging facilities in the Netherlands and operates with Dutch staff. MME does not produce in low-cost labour countries.

The products cannot be used with, on or as food.

Shipping Policy

MME does its best to process your order and ship it as quickly as possible. However, growing substrate takes time. From order to delivery typically takes between 1 to 2 weeks. We try to deliver sooner when possible but we put quality above speed. Delivery could take longer at busy times like the holidays or when we experience heavy order volumes.

Shipping is possible to most countries around the world. The shipping is being handled by DHL, a reputable parcel company. The prices for transport will be calculated at order. For special or bigger transports, a quote will be requested at DHL.

Please be aware that orders placed outside the Netherlands may be subject to additional local taxes (like VAT), duties or delivery fees depending on your country’s shipping practices. Any such additional local costs are not included in the quoted prices and are for the customer.

The parcel company will deliver at the by customer requested address. If the package or pallet, for whatever reason, cannot be received by the customer the parcel company will charge extra costs. If after 3 times the packages is not received by the customer it will send the order back to MME.

Return Policy

MME is producing substrate and grows it mycelium materials in facilities in the Netherlands.

MME warrants only that the products will substantially meets the requirements. However, it is a product of nature

MME does not give any warranty about the products and does not guarantee that the products will be fit for any particular purposes.

Please inspect the product upon receipt immediately. If the product is faulty when you received it and you believe you are entitled to a replacement in accordance with the warranty above, please submit a claim within 14 days after receipt of the product. Such warranty claim can be made only within 14 days after receipt of the product. Do not return the product unless we require you to do so. We will confirm whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

If you have received an order and want to submit a request for a return, please inform MME (info@myceliummaterials.nl) with your account’s registered e-mail address, a copy of your order confirmation e-mail and the complaint.

You may download copies of the materials (image capture/screenshots) on MME’s web site for personal, non-commercial use only. These personal, non-commercial purposes include networked and public viewing, such as on social media. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
